Exchange and return

Are you not satisfied with your order? We are very sorry and would like to hear what we can do to make you happy.

You can return your order for up to 14 days and we will ensure that the purchase amount is transferred to your account within 5 working days of receipt.

It is important that the bags are still in their original condition and that all airbags and stickers are not missing.

Easy return in 3 simple steps

Step 1: Contact us at info@misterlamp.de

and we will send you the return form.

Step 2: Fill in the return form.

Step 3: Send the parcel together with the completed return form to the return address indicated on the return form. Make sure you label the parcel with a track and trace code. As the sender, you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings.

Step 4: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account.

As soon as we have received the parcel, we will ensure that the purchase amount is transferred back to your bank account within 5 working days.

The costs for a return shipment are at your own expense. Unfortunately, we are unable to apologise for this!
